Haus of Super Shimmer brightens Hollywood this weekend for three sparkling days of Japanese-inspired pop culture, fashion and shopping. Celebrate a magical weekend of fun from Friday, June 4 until Sunday, June 6, 2010 at Space 15 Twenty. The three-day event includes JapanLA’s Four-Year Anniversary extravaganza, theme parties, makeovers, Hello Kitty, artist appearances, and a special shimmering Pop-Up Shop with exclusive items from Audrey Kitching, Jessica Louise, Chubby Bunny, Jenny Rae Cakes, Sugarpill Cosmetics, and JapanLA!

SHOP at the Pop-Up Shop!
Open to the public all three days
The Pop-Up Shop features exclusive and rare items from Jessica Louise, Audrey Kitching, Chubby Bunny, Sugarpill Cosmetics, Lil’ Rae Cakes, and JapanLA.

On display, there will be a special preview collection of upcoming 2010 Sanrio product collaborations, celebrating your favorite Sanrio characters!

Audrey Kitching will have samples from her new clothing line “Coco de Coeur”, and Jenny Rae will be selling her tasty treats Lil’ Rae Cakes.

The Pop-Up Shop will be open Friday, June 4th 6pm -10pm; Saturday, June 5th 12pm – 10pm; Sunday, June 6th 12pm – 6pm and is sponsored by PaySaber.

“Walk-Off Party” A Zoolander-inspired Theme Party
Presented by Bubble Punch & JapanLA
Friday, June 4, 6pm-10pm
Your most outrageous, fashionable outfit is required for this Zoolander-inspired epic soiree celebrating those who are “really, really, incredibly good looking.”

It’s time to break out your best outfit and best moves for a runway walk-off challenge, Zoolander style! Train your face for your best Blue Steel, Le Tigre, and Ferrari looks to compete for the title of BEST MODEL OF THE YEAR (or at least, of the party).

The night will include a Zoolander-themed photobooth and special prizes, including a Hello Kitty razor scooter.

Guests are not required to dress in costume for party.

JapanLA’s Four-Year Anniversary Party
Saturday, June 5th, 7pm-10pm
Celebrate four fun-filled years of JapanLA, Los Angeles’ favorite destination for Japanese pop culture. The night will feature an “Extreme Shiny Outfit Contest”. Guests will be blinded by the light as they arrive in their shiniest ensemble of sequins, lame, rhinestones, aluminum foil and more!

Hello Kitty will be making a special Hollywood appearance in her twinkling Three Apples Hello Kitty Fashion Show dress, designed by Shrinkle. And guests will shimmer all night long in the Hello Kitty Photobooth.

And don’t be late! The first 100 guests to arrive will receive free gift bags.

Sunday Sunshine With Sugarpill Cosmetics
Sunday, June 6, 12pm-6pm
Spend Sunday with Sugarpill Cosmetics for free makeovers with purchases of $50 or more. Sugarpill Cosmetics was featured on all of the models at Three Apples Hello Kitty Fashion Show. And meet Sugarpill creator Shrinkle at the Pop-Up Shop!

The Pop-Up Shop will also showcase a sneak peek of The Vader Project helmets customized by Gary Baseman, Buff Monster and Dan Goodsell. The artists will be making special appearances at the Pop-Up Shop on Sunday.
