Look whos been steps from my front door.

This pile of ruffles has now become my dress for the premiere of Exit through the gift shop, which is at a still to be disclosed location . Ill let you know how it was, i expect amazing.

I am pretty happy with my weird dress, i just have to go to the flower market in the morning and get gardenias, spray roses and crab apples for my hair. I do like fresh flowers for events.

I love sundays. So far ive over slept, rode my bike with sean all through downtown on errands and about to go to yogaworks for class.

I bought Sailor a frog costume and sabine a lobster one.

Dont worry im not torturing them i only but it on for a minute tops, i love watching them run in their costumes its the healthy alternative to anti depressants.

Hope you all are having a fantastic Sunday afternoon.

Things people do while driving..

I live in Los Angeles driving culture at its worst, well worst i have known anyway i suppose Bombay would be worse. Daily I feel like i am going to be creamed by some other driver because people just do not pay attention to what the hell they are doing here. I need to start taking the train to work again.

This past month i have seen, a man eating an entire pie over his steering wheel with flatware, women doing their makeup, people not even looking at the road while driving, women on the phone driving 25 miles below the speed limit and then cutting across four lanes of traffic while on the phone with their opposite arm across their bodies holding the phone, and then there are the multiple weekly mattress trucks.

I am waiting for the tragic mattress truck disaster on the 101 news report. This one actually has metal siding which doesn’t make it much safer but safer than most of the other ones who do not and have even less tie downs.

matresstruckWhat are some of the stupidest things you have seen people doing while driving?

I was in whole Foods the other day and browsing the frozen treats i came across the grossest ice cream name i have seen yet.

icecreamTurtle Trails? No i dont think so.

Native Foods I love you

I was raised in Santa Cruz mainly on whole and organic foods.  And so my early eating habits have rolled over into my adult life. Probably a main  reason i am 37 and do not look my age.

One of my favorite restaurants in Los Angeles is Native Foods in Westwood.

Super yummy vegan food.

Uncle Creepies

I think everyone has some sort of uncle creepy in their lives. Related or not. They try to hug you just a little too long , or want to touch your hair. Maybe they just creep you out with an extended look or a blatant stare.

These guys are prime U.C status.

Body sold’ to Russia kebab shop

Police in Russia have arrested three homeless men suspected of killing a man, eating part of the body and selling other parts to a kebab shop.

The men were held in the city of Perm, some 1,400km (870 miles) east of Moscow, local investigators said.

Their statement said that the suspects had targeted the 25-year-old victim out of “personal hostility”.

It was not clear when the incident occurred. The men – who have not been named – have been charged with murder.

The investigators said on Friday that the body of the man had been found in a forested area near a public transport stop in Perm.

They said the three men attacked their victim with knives and a hammer.

“After carrying out the attack, the corpse was dismembered. Part of it was eaten and part was also sold to a kebab and pie kiosk,” their statement said.

It was not immediately clear if any customers had been served.
