At the Printhouse with my pinUp textile.

I was a print major in college,( well fine arts, silkscreen & intaglio) so all types of printing has always been interesting to me. Commercial and textile included. I thought it might be interesting for you guys to see the process of having a textile printed.
So i made a little video for you.

Little Behind the scenes at a shoot.

This is a shoot with one of my favorites models Mosh, who you can always guarantee you will have beautiful poses with. And of Course Michelle Star who always takes a perfect picture.

Week of Production

This week i have been working on several projects. One of which was a print job on six colors of leopard and then dropping the fabric off at my cutter.

I am doing production on three shapes. (When its over 50pc i send it out since hand cutting garments is not my favorite task.)

I do love the process of producing garments.

When i stopped by to pick up one of my cuts they were getting the others ready.

One of my favorite colors and in various shades. Ive added new styles and new blues to the site. Ill be busy updating and adding and editing and planning all week.

Shimmer Weekend

Well i must say that i loved doing the popup store with all the amazing ladies participating. Bubble Punch pulled together an amazing Zoolander party, Japan LAs shimmer 4th anniversary party was really fun, and make over day with Sugarpill was very colorful and fancy.

It is also always nice to be around creative girls.

I look forward to doing more events like this in the future.

Next weekend we will be in Long Beach @ Ink N Iron, if you are going please stop by our booth and say hello were in booth 519.

Creative shoots what i love the most…

Yesterday we did a concept shoot at Gary Baseman’s Apt which is visually amazing to me. The shoot was for a segment on Pro 7 a German network who is following German Model Loulou von Brochwitz. Our segment is a photo shoot with my clothing line.

It ended up being amazing looking. We sort of wrote the storyline as we went which to my ends up well most of the time because its organic.

I took a few snapshots, The actual real photos will be beautiful.

As soon as i get the Dvd with the segment ill post it up.

Capri Leggings my new favorite…

I made myself three pairs and have been wearing them this weekend everyday. Comfortable and versatile currently available in these two styles but next week i will have four colors of leopard to add.
Im wearing them with layered long tank tops because its hot in Los Angeles this week but cute with layered tops & jackets or under dresses.
Of course im sure you know how to dress yourself so mix them with what ever is cutest to you.
